Customer Success Specialist with English and German

On behalf of our clients, leading customer support centers in Bulgaria, we are looking for a self-motivated and ready to achieve results person, who speaks English and German.





Job description:



● Respond to customer queries in a timely manner, via chat, email and phone;

● Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the clients requests;

● Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction;

● Fast resolution to queries and problems.





Requirements:



● Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;

● Fluency in both English and German (B2 - C1 level);

● Experience with the role of Customer Support will be taken as an advantage, but is not a requirement;

● Multi-tasking abilities;

● Calm and serious attitude;

● Friendly personality.
