REMOTE SYSTEM CONTROLLER





You will be responsible for remote resolution of clients issues, connection to local site for diagnose as well as follow up the issue until it is resolved.



Experience:

* Experience with SmartSign / Teamviewer / HP Player / Samsung Screen / E-touch

* Proven experience in data gathering

* Customer-oriented mindset

* Excellent communication skills both in Bulgarian and English languages
