Due to the expansion of the team, our client is ready to welcome its new member. It is looking for a highly responsible, ambitious and reliable:





BUSINESS ANALYST





Your responsibilities will be:

- Work with the end-users to identify, analyze, document and prioritize business requirements;

- Advise business on options, impact and risks; recommend solutions including process improvements;

- Validate business requirements with business and transform it into functional specifications;

- Produce and maintain functional specifications;

- Produce and maintain use case/process diagrams for any new or existing application systems;

- Assist technical teams to define and build solutions;

- Produce and maintain user documentation (when necessary).



Main requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in Business analysis (requirement gathering, requirements validation, writing functional specification for technical teams);

- Degree in Computer Science or Informatics;

- Good understanding of different techniques and systems for business process specifications;

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal skills;

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;

- Good written and spoken English.



Nice to have:

- Good understanding of OOP model and UML;

- Familiar with BPMN.
