Their main field of work is to provide intelligent products and solutions for digitalization and implementation of toll payment systems for the public and private transportation. With many offices globally, the company is now opening a new office in Sofia. For this reason, we are looking for a motivated professional to join the Bulgarian team as an:





OFFICE MANAGER





Main responsibilities:

We are looking for an Office manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your main responsibility on this role will be ensuring the supply of goods and services for office needs, administrative support for business trips and visits, managing the official project communication



The required skills for this role are:

- 2+ years of professional experience as an Office Manager

- Administrative and managerial experience

- Understanding of tax and labor regulations an advantage

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office package

- Excellent command of English and Bulgarian languages. German is a plus.
