CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT WITH ENGLISH AND RUSSIAN





Responsibilities:

- Providing first class support to the clients of the company;

- Providing information to clients about the company’s platforms;

- Handling customer requests (incoming calls, e-mail, and chat).



Requirements:

- Fluency in English - verbal and written;

- Fluency in Russian - verbal and written;

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

- Previous working experience on a similar position is a plus!

- Experience in the online industry is an advantage.
