HR COORDINATOR





Your role:

- Coordinate all administrative activities related to recruitment, onboarding and people experience;

- Work on vacant positions, ensure job description and salary levels, schedule interviews and coordinate offers;

- Maintain all leave related documentation and enter it in the system in a timely manner;

- Provide advice on legal and employment issues and act as a local escalation point for any HR related issues;

- Ensure that colleague off boarding is carried out in line with company

and local processes;

- Work with the local bookkeeper and process salary increase letters as required.



Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar position;

- Good IT skills, comfortable using automated systems;

- Good knowledge of employment law at a local level;

- Ability to manage and resolve sensitive employee matters in a

remote business environment (most of the team work remotely);

- Team player who is able to assist, guide and support others;

- University degree in HR or relevant;

- Excellent communication skills in English.
