SENIOR HR GENERALIST





Your role:

- Work closely with the CTO, local management team and HR coordinator support the whole recruitment process and the day to day management of the people function;

- Ensure that all documentation, contract and paper work as well as onboarding processes and background checks are completed in a timely manner;

- Identify and raise any colleague engagement issues and assist with the performance review cycles;

- Coordinate training and development activities to help create a truly unique and rewarding working culture.



Requirements:

- 3+ years of relevant work experience;

- Experience of working in a tech environment or IT company;

- Strong project management skills and approach;

- Team player who is able to assist, guide and support others;

- University degree in HR or relevant;

- Excellent communication skills in English.
