TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST WITH FRENCH AND ENGLISH





Responsibilities:

- Record, respond to and resolve client support requests - received by phone, email and via the OB10 - Support Ticketing System

- Manage response and resolution within the agreed SLA according to the Customer Specifics and

request severity level

- Prioritize and escalate requests as required

- Assist in the implementation of a Support Knowledge and similar process improvements



Requirements:

- University degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant

- Experience in call/ support center or service industry

- Excellent command of French

- Very good command of English
