The company is looking for a dedicated person, that will support tech leads to client requirements analysis and development of cost-effective solutions. He/She will occupy the position of:





DIRECTOR OF TECHNOLOGY





Key Responsibilities:

Leading all aspects of the company’s technological development;

Ensuring that the client needs fit with the objectives and quality standards, and can be delivered to the available resources and budget;

Monitoring the overall technical development process and provide the appropriate interfaces between the various teams involved;

Developing people and processes that can react to the challenges and the changing nature of the business.



Requirements:

Significant experience (7-10 years) in software development and technical leadership role (background in PHP and/or .NET and Mobile Solutions);

Complete understanding of the software development lifecycle;

Excellent soft skills to fit into company culture;

Exceptional presentation skills and ability to communicate with clients;

Actively communicating, inspiring and motivating all levels of staff.



Skill set:

Ability to lead, organize and execute with little or no direction;

Strong experience in road mapping;

Strong people management and communication skills – verbal and written – specifically an ability to write clear concise proposals and presentations;

Strong engineering manager, skillful and not hesitant of working on the technical design and implementation with the team;

Good level of French language is a plus.
