TECHNICAL WRITER





Main Duties:

You have to gather information by working closely with engineers and writers, reading design documents and tech specifications. You will work closely with Dev Engineers, Quality Engineers, Product Managers, Release Managers, and Co-writers in order to create and update documentation and help systems for minor and major releases



Requirements:

- Science degree (BSc, MSc) or equivalent technical experience;

- 1- 3 years of experience as a technical writer;

- Perfect command of English language – ability to write clear and concise text and to follow editorial guidelines, ability to learn complex concepts quickly and explain them clearly;

- Thorough knowledge of the software development process;

- Knowledge of HTML is a must;

- Work experience with version control systems.



Will be considered as an advantage:

- Knowledge of CSS and experience with Web publishing;

- Knowledge of information design, structured writing, XML, and DITA.
