Headquartered in UK, It operates in the financial sector and manage several platforms for tax refund, online payments etc. The company has offices in lots of different countries globally including Bulgaria. For the main office in Bulgaria, which is located in Varna, together we are looking for a:





DEVELOPMENT MANAGER





Main duties:

You will be responsible for management of several software development teams and ensure that the product is finished on time. You will also be responsible for improving of the working process and implement the best practices for delivery of the projects.



Experience:

* Experience with managing software development teams

* Strong experience with project management

* Experience with continuous improvement of working process

* Good English – both written and verbal

* Excellent communication skills

* Technical background as a software developer is a must.
