RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST





Your Responsibilities:

* Preparation and publishing of job ads

* Pre-screening of job applications

* Testing candidates skills and knowledge

* Conducting interviews with short-listed candidates

* Daily internal and external communication in English, Bulgarian (in case you speak French, German or Serbian also can use your language skills)



Requirements:

* As a minimum 9 months of experience as a Recruitment Specialist

* University degree in Human Resources or relevant specialty

* Very good command of English language (B2/C1/C2) - both written and spoken

* Strong communication and presentation skills

* Self-organised and self-motivated person.
