Who is our client?



Leading financial institution who is operating in the Bulgarian and European markets. For its IT Department, based in Sofia, Bulgaria, together we are in active search for a specialist who wants to join on the position of:





BMC REMEDY ADMINISTRATOR





You will be responsible for best performance of BMC Remedy and customization of BMC Remedy ITSM. You will also be involved in Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, SLM, Atrium. You will have to investigate bugs in the system, report them and communicate with different vendors You will work collaboratively with two more experienced employees in the field.





Experience:

- Experience with BMC Remedy, BMC Remedy ITSM

- Knowledge of MS Windows Server OS administration;

- Good communication skills in English;

- Team work attitude.





Advantages:

- Experience with BMC Remedy Developer Studio - version 8.1;

- ITIL certification;

- Experience with Oracle and SQL is an advantage.





Education:

- University degree in Mathematics, Information Technology or IT related;
