English teacher in China

Requirements:

- We need candidates who are native English speakers, non-native speakers with fluent English will be considered as well;

- The candidates must have passion for teaching and have to put the children’s learning experience first;

- Adaptive person, not only to a new culture but also to teaching styles and expectations that may be different than your home country;

- Education requirements - Although TEFL/TESOL certificates and a bachelors degree is not required those with these credentials will be better compensated.

Work conditions and benefits:

- 30-38 working hours a week including 10 hours of planning time;

- Small classes, less than 20 students;

- There will be Chinese assistant during your teaching lessons;

- Paid national holidays;

- You may earn your TEFL while you work;

- Some Facilities offer free Mandarin lessons;

- Medical insurance is provided;

- Free airport pick-up;

- Hotel accommodation during your on board training.

The offer:

- You will sign one year contract with opportunity to stay longer;

- 7000-12000 RMB depending on qualification;

- 1500-3000 RMB housing allowance;

- Flight reimbursement after completion of contract;

- Contract completion bonus 6000 RMB;

- Additional lesson bonus based on amount of lessons per month.
