SOFTWARE ENGINEERING MANAGER





More about the role:



The person on this position will be entirely responsible for the team in Sofia, as well as a small part of the team abroad. He/She has to organize and coordinate the whole working process and to work closely with the Software Architect, Technical Leaders and Developers. He/She also must be sure that every member of the team is working at his best level and help them to achieve a high professional growth.





Requirements:



- Strong technical background and in the same time excellent people management skills;

- 5+ years of relevant engineering experience, 3+ years of technical project management;

- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodology;

- Experience with large-scale, high-performance distributed systems built on Linux, MySQL, Javascript, NodeJS, JSON, AJAX, Apache, Nginx, Memcached;

- Demonstrated ability to recruit and manage technical teams, including performance management;

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving abilities.
