Due to building a whole NEW team to support cloud-related projects for a global partner of them, together with our client we are urgently looking for Junior, Middle and Senior level:





TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEERS (CLOUD PLATFORMS)





Responsibilities:

As part of company’s cloud support team, you must enable 24x7 availability of operations, performance, and capacity of the Cloud Platform Services. You should coordinate incident management across the layers and development teams as well as solve incidents, drive and implement automation and develop central tools. Last but not least – you will support development teams to automate the application lifecycle through build, test, stage and deploy by using DevOps and Continuous Delivery/Deployment best practices.



Sounds challenging?



Main requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience in software development or operations;

- Experience in technical support or database administration;

- Understanding and / or some basic experience with cloud technologies and related processes;

- Experience with Linux OS;

- Readiness to work in shifts (24x7);

- Good command of English language (both written and verbal);

- Service and customer oriented professional.
