we are looking for a:





CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WITH GERMAN





You will be responsible for:

* Providing first class quality customer support to companys clients (mainly via e-mail, chat);

* Providing information about instruments and services of the company;

* Processing customer requests



Main requirements:

* Fluency in English and German - both written and spoken;

* Previous experience in the online industry at a similar position would be a plus;

* Willingness to work in shifts;

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
