Compliance Agent

Our client is dealing with Cryptocurrency Trading and ICO. The company is currently opening a new office in Sofia and Human Capital Store is looking for a Compliance Agent who is willing to join their international team and bring some added value to their business.



The Compliance Agent will manage:



-collection of documents from customers

-listening to the conversations of customers and managing the feedback page



Requirements:



-English C1 level is a must

-experience in customer service environment

-attention to details

-methodical & organized person
