NETWORK SPECIALIST





Responsibilities:

* Proactively initiating incident management process.

* Providing support to Level 1 team and alert escalation.

* Monitoring server systems and networks.

* Using network and browser Developer Tools tools for network, server and customer services.



Requirements:

* Service monitoring experience.

* Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking and troubleshooting.

* Basic understanding of HTTP response code.

* Willingness to work shifts including nights and weekends.



Nice to have but not mandatory:

* Basic knowledge of scripting languages.

* Experience in Windows and Linux servers.

* Experience in PRTG and Zabbix monitor tools.

* Experience in the betting industry.
