TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER

Our client is an innovative software company which is specialized in development of solutions for gaming and gambling industry. Currently, they are opening a new office in Sofia, Bulgaria and we are looking for experienced and motivated specialist on the position of:





TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER





Main Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support to customers via chat, e-mail and telephone;

* Meet the demands of customers and products they use;

* Resolve operational problem, prepares and presents; presents reports for the performed activities;

* To be able to work on shifts





Requirements:

* Strong experience with Networking and databases (SQL)

* Experience with complex integrated systems

* Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SSL, Web Applications, Load balancers, proxy/firewalls

* Strong troubleshooting skills

* Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).





As a plus will be considered:

* Professional experience with the one of the following: Jenkins, Git, Jira, Bamboo, JMeter.
