About our client:

It is a fast growing US e-commerce organization dedicated to helping online retailers meet the challenges of multichannel selling. For their office in Sofia, Bulgaria, together with the company we are now building a new team of Client Support Specialists and we are looking to hire:





TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALISTS





Your Role:

The Technical Support Specialist will have to learn the software, and remain up to date on the latest changes and enhancements. The Support Specialist will be responsible for providing timely support to clients regarding technical issues, primarily through written email communication in English. You will take an active part in researching and troubleshooting technical support issues for clients, and to open tickets for developers when is necessary. Last but not least, you will be expected to provide updates to clients regarding progress and completion of issues.





Successful candidates MUST HAVE:

* Previous professional experience in call/support center (at least 1+ years)

* Knowledge of e-commerce and a technical background are a big plus

* Fluent English (both written and verbal)

* Strong professional communication skills and enthusiasm, motivation, and willingness to learn

* Availability during various shifts (days/nights)
